A Trainer will provide on-boarding training for the newest members of our technical support. Through education, observation, coaching and motivation.

This position requires extensive call center / contact training, curriculum development.

Must have / experience in :
At least 1 year of experience in handling call center / technical support processes.
At least 1 year of experience in facilitating classroom style training on sales and customers service techniques, enhancements, etc.
in a contact center environment
Developing and maintaining training tools, including worksheets, templates, databases, and reports
Facilitating role play sessions
Using a variety of instructional methods to ensure maximum delivery effectiveness
Monitoring trainees' knowledge before and after training to help determine follow-up training required
Providing mentorship, continuing education and ongoing training for existing sales and customer service representatives
Working one-on-one with operations and customer service reps to reinforce skills taught during training sessions.
