Director HR Business Partner
As a HR Business Partner (HRBP) you are a strategic partner and cultural champion, who engages employees and leaders in creating a culture of performance and results, learning, transparency, community, and collaboration.
The HRBP advises management on Human Resource related issues and is an employee champion and change agent for the organization, and assesses their customers’ HR-related needs.
The HRBP develops partnerships across the organization to develop integrated solutions that reflect the priorities of the business.
Contribute to the creation and execution of business strategy through the lens of people and organizational impacting plans that drive transformation, productivity, and to attract and retain talent.
Develop high-trust working relationships, to partner with and influence senior management related to people plans.
Manage employee relations in partnership with leaders, and provide coaching and guidance to develop leadership capability.
Provide support on the research, design, and development of HR initiatives in support of the HR strategy, using expert knowledge of the client area.
Build management capabilities and effectiveness in managing employee relations issues.
Provide guidance and input on organizational and workforce planning, and collaborate with leaders and employees to drive a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Develop career paths in consideration of key roles for succession planning and self-development.
Identifies trends through research, analytics, and devise action plans to resolve organizational issues.
Coordinates with HR team to implement HR projects and initiatives with company-wide impact.
Degree in Human Resources or a related field; and hold a SHRM-CP in good standing.
10+ years of experience in similar HR Business Partner roles.
Experience working within software / solutions company, with international operations.
Well-developed experience of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and respective employment laws.
Demonstrated capability in supporting business through integration, transformation and change.
Strong technical knowledge in information, and HRIS tools and solutions (SuccessFactors), and analytics.
Excellent advisory, relationship development, project management, and communication skills.
Thrive working in a global, matrixed environment with changing priorities.
