As Financial Systems Support Analyst has as core responsibility support and maintains one or more Finance Systems that affects reconciliation, Month end Closing activities, and Data Basis.

Provides records of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions. Support in integration of profit and loss, income and balance sheet statements.

Also, collaborate with SAP Business Support team in daily activities and incidents. Ensures accuracy and compliance with all accounting regulations.

Interpret reports and records as KPI s First Support level (Tableau).

Responsibilities :

  • Devise optimal systems support strategy and workflow to best serve internal and external customers.
  • Effectively and quickly, resolve day-to-day system issues working with team members and 3rd party vendors.
  • Be single point of contact (SPOC) for essential finance systems platforms such as Blackline, IFRS16, SAP FINCO, and KPI s (Tableau).
  • Support Internal Audit requests.
  • Maintenance activities of multiple systems, maintaining a high level of global consistency, adherence to standards, and overall data quality.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues as reported by end users.
  • Perform basic data management, building reports, creating formatted data files, and researching data integrity issues.
  • Partner with internal and external departments to identify business needs and develop solutions to optimize processes and data accuracy.
  • Acts as counterpart to IT professionals for project implementation, solution development, escalation and issue resolution.
  • Organizes and controls the local support process with the local and global IT organization

  • Coordinates the timely resolution of service tickets with Analysts and IT (global & local).Support implementation of new systems including data migration.
  • Planning and working flexibly to meet deadlines.
  • Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting or other related field
  • 2 years business / systems analysis / analytical experience
  • 1 years of SAP experience, preferably supporting the system (Desirable)
  • 1 year of experience with a ticketing tool, such as Service Now (Desirable)
  • Ability to implement appropriate technical solutions to address business needs
  • Advanced MS Excel, Demonstrated sound judgment and decision making
  • Comprehensive experience analyzing and solving business situation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English is a must
  • Portuguese is a plus
