Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reinforce and Promote Communication on L&D initiatives, including regular training calendar communications, prework and logistics requirements and maintaining training catalog
  • Interact and work closely with Senior Leadership to determine specific training needs to align training goals with the overall sales and functional department objectives
  • Develop and guide the creation of new course content as required after gaining solid understanding of needs and connections to strategic objectives
  • Work with and manage vendors to design, develop, deliver, implement, and assess training curricula independently and with vendors
  • Manage learning management systems, including current and relevant content, training records and implementation of training initiatives
  • Demonstrate a strong and engaging presentation / facilitation presence, with the ability to listen and quickly adjust content to meet the needs of a diverse audience
  • Create Dashboard and report on quarterly progress. Provide timely and accurate reporting to management regarding KPI’s.
  • Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience in learning and development, talent development, or related field
  • Understanding of Adult Learning principles and proven track record and how to apply them in a dynamic learning environment
  • Experience in Oracle Learning System is a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology preferred.
  • Advanced English level.
