Better starts and ends with the customer

As a member of our Training Team, you will be involved from start to finish in developing, implementing, evaluating, and improving training programs for Western Union’s Platform Operations functions.

This role will allow you to network with Leaders, Managers, Partners, Vendors and other stakeholders across Western Union’s corporate locations.

You will be shaping the training program as well as constantly implementing changes and recognizing areas of improvement.

The core of your role will be to facilitate new hire, cross, and continuing education trainings and to support instructional designers in developing online trainings for the DRT operation.

For this role, you will need to have experience in delivering and developing training programs. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently converse in English, both orally and in writing.

You will need to have strong presentation and interpersonal skills to engage, mentor, and coach diverse groups. Having advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and flexibility to adjust to different shifts occasionally is also a must.
