Provides Customer Service through processing of incoming orders received via fax and email. Responsible for preliminary review of all incoming orders.

Orders can be received from Authorized Valve Distributors (AVD), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Valve Assembler’s and Regional Offices.


  • Reviews all orders that he / she will process (Account name, PO numbers, complete catalog numbers, quantities, voltages, shipping instructions, any additional special instructions).
  • Enters the PO into the Web Order Entry Form.
  • Check pricing in the PO if it matches the system and rejects accordingly if there is a discrepancy.
  • Verifies acceptable payment terms.
  • Tracks down all in-question Purchase Orders.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Multi-tasking skill in a fast-paced environment
