Better requires process discipline and simplification
You’ll be responsible for analyzing Western Union fraud investigation, processes, and tools. You’ll review reports and researching customer information regarding accounts and activity suspected of being related to scams, stolen financial, mule accounts, etc.
You'll support the Fraud and Risk Organization with business analysis, use case elaboration, user story creation, testing hypothesis, answering key questions, and creating reports.
You'll transform client requests into data deliverables to include data models, data mappings, and data transformation rules.
You’ll be part of a cross functional team and you’ll work with different global teams.
