The Opportunity

Adobe is looking for an experienced Manager to lead the Americas Employee Resource Center (ERC) Generalists team as part of the broader Global Employee Solutions (GES) HR shared services organization.

This leader will be responsible for evolving and driving regional ERC strategies while also participating in or driving global initiatives in support of the broader organization.

They will also support with the strategy and escalations around our specialized functions for onboarding, background checks and benefits consultation.

This is a meaningful role, as the ERC team represents the face of the Employee Experience organization. This team is the initial point of contact for all Employee and Manager (Director Level and below) inquiries.

The role requires a proactive approach in anticipating Employee Experience related needs and an eye for problem solving and resolving issues.

The ideal leader will need a mix of leadership capability, demonstrable experience and expertise in HR operations and policies to ensure our strategic roadmap supports our company growth with the best approach for current and future needs.

Success will also be highly dependent on developing relationships with the full ecosystem of partners including Legal, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other support functions throughout Adobe.

What you'll do

  • Attract, develop, retain and lead a high-performing team. This role will have 7 direct reports including a manager who will report into them.
  • Point of contact for escalations and coaching on sophisticated issues.
  • Work closely with key partners in ERC, COE’s, Legal, Business Leaders on acquisition projects and drive logistics for ERC Generalists team
  • Set expectations for team and individuals aligned to both regional and Global ERC priorities and projects.
  • Drive continuous improvements and work to simplify experiences through technology
  • Drive high standard for operational excellence with an eye toward scale and standardization
  • Assist with developing business plans and respective budgets for the team’s operations.
