    Position Purpose

    The successful Recruiter candidate will be responsible for the sourcing and recruitment efforts for hiring needs across a geographically dispersed organization.

    This role will build relationships and work closely with Hiring Managers to define sourcing strategies, gather and understand the position requirements to effectively identify talent that is aligned with the scope and responsibilities of the role.

    When partnering with the Hiring Manager, the recruiter will serve as a primary source of recruitment advice, consultation and education on best practices to fill roles in the most efficient and effective way possible.

    Main Responsibilities

  • The function of this role is to identify qualified candidates and manage the process from position opening through offer acceptance.
  • This person will develop and execute progressive integrated recruitment solutions using multiple avenues including direct sourcing, social networking, industry networking, employee referrals, Internet sourcing, targeted advertising, college and community outreach.

  • The Recruiter will manage internal and external job posting procedures, capturing applicant flow accurately and consistently leveraging the applicant tracking system (Taleo).
  • This Recruiter will utilize their influencing, interpersonal, selling and closing skills to encourage candidates to accept a Mondelēz International offer as an Employer of Choice.
  • The recruiter will have constant communication by email, Lync or phone with direct clients and must provide a 5 stars customer service experience.
  • Source active and passive candidates from various resources, including, direct sourcing, employee referrals, traditional media, job fairs, and internet job boards.
  • Accountable for creating and maintaining diversity, veteran and disability focused recruitment strategies to generate a diverse slate of talent for each role.
  • Develop innovative recruitment marketing strategies to create company awareness to target passive and active candidates.
  • Manage full life cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to closing the candidate.
  • Build relationships with external partners to include community contacts, college officials and local professionals.
  • Build and maintain internal partnerships with managers to understand hiring needs to ensure staffing goals.
  • Academic Knowledge

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field is highly preferred.
  • Working Knowledge

  • Experience in a Recruiting function required.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required, Taleo experience preferred.
  • Abilities

  • Advanced Portuguese skills required.
  • Intermediate English skills (Advanced will be an asset).
