Make recommendations about salaryincreases
Advices and provides coaching tomanagers and employees in conflict resolution situations preventing in siteemployee-employee / employee-manager escalations.
Coaches managers, supervisors andleads on personnel policies, regulations, labor agreements and assists themwith disciplinary matters.
Partners with managers providingadvice for terminations, creates termination letters when needed and isresponsible for the HR termination process of employees.
Investigate sensitive cases andcomplains as needed
Guide managers on how to implementa performance improvement plan
EmployeeRetention & Engagement
Analyzes Exit Interviews resultsmaking sure resignations are part of this process and make the necessaryrecommendations.
Provides analysis and insight onthe Global People Survey for the site and action plan
Deliver new hire orientationsessions as needed
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related career
At least 6 years of experience within Human Resources
Fluent in verbal and writing English skills
Proficient in MS Office tools
