Position Purpose & SummaryAs a member of the CBS Professional Recruiting Team, this position will be accountable for the execution and delivery of employee experience HR services focused on professional staffing, selecting best candidates to be shared with our Hiring Managers for a completion of a successful hiring process.
The Junior Recruiter, under general supervision, the incumbent will utilize their knowledge to administer local recruitment processes related to position fulfillment, including local interview and selection for identified locations, and supporting these key activities to ensure applicants transition through the hiring process in a highly efficient manner while maintaining all compliance requirements.
Principal Accountabilities95% Business Leader :
Provide recruiting services such as interviewing, selection processes, process documentation, compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Partner with the CBS Recruiting team on daily needs to fulfill the completion of hiring candidates successfully and provide a great candidate experience for applicants interested in joining Cargill.
Utilize recruitment technology systems (i.e. Taleo)
Actively participates in recruitment related projects or initiatives 5% Relationship Manager
Will manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities and ensure a strong and positive client and candidate experience.
Minimum Required Qualifications
1+ years of recruiting experience
Fluent in English B2 (oral and written)
Solid organizational skills and detail orientation.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong drive for results with results / outcome focus
Strong time management and organizational skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple priorities and a meticulous attention to details.
Excellent organizational skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with employees at all levelsPreferred Qualifications
