An iGaming industry leader in Costa RIca is looking for a full time Senior Casino Fraud Analyst, to work from their office in Escazú, San José,Costa Rica.
As a Senior Fraud Analyst your primary objective is to protect the operation from any fraudulent or criminal activity that can result in loss of revenue or damage the reputation of our company.
The ideal candidate is of inquisitive nature, has strong ethics and is fundamentally against corruption and fraudulent activity.
Recognize, detect and report fraudulent activity.
Review deposits and withdrawal transactions.
Conduct and direct investigations.
Abide to AML and Compliance requirements.
Prioritize issues and communicate with management to implement new policies and strategies.
Work with other departments to resolve player status disputes.
Lead the Fraud Team by supervising, mentoring, training, evaluating and fraud agents, under management alignments.
3+ years experience in fraud and risk operations, preferably in digital gaming or finance.
AML and / or Compliance experience preferred.
Proven experience supervising, mentoring and developing teams.
Knowledge of payment processing and chargeback management.
Ability to interpret data and create reports.
Willingness to participate in licensing training and or certifications if required.
English proficiency both spoken and written.
