The Director, Integrated Marketing will lead Adobe's consumer marketing programs for Adobe Express and our Student business.
This brand-critical role sits in Adobe's Global Brand Marketing team.
You will supervise the creative development, integration, measurement, and orchestration of integrated marketing campaigns.
This includes developing the integrating marketing expression / theme and campaign elements, including Adobe.com content, advertising, social and comms, email, events, brand partnerships, and co-creation programs with artists and influencers.
As a marketing leader, you will align with Adobe's campaign category strategists throughout the marketing process and partner with centers-of-excellence and agencies to deliver a cohesive and timely marketing plan across channels, while providing real-time data and insights to optimize marketing performance.
What you'll Do
Report in to Senior Director, Global Brand Marketing.
Lead development and execution of integrated marketing programs for Adobe Express and our Student business, globally. Your team will lead associated scope, timeline, and results measurement.
Lead a team of experienced marketers and collaborators.
Develop innovative and creative programs to make Adobe's brand relevant to a younger audience.
Partner with brand marketing peers to achieve program goals, assess requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery
Develop and lead detailed, global, integrated marketing plans that take into account strategic focus, audience, resources, and deliverables associated with defined objectives
Aggregate, organize, and synthesize program and project information in order to communicate with extended team and senior management
Establish credibility with peers and be a driving force for change when needed
Perform risk management : identify, analyze, respond, monitor, and control risks, resolve project-specific issues and customer concerns in a timely manner
Partner with your team to deliver clear status communication to partners, and leadership teams.
What you need to succeed
Bachelors / advanced degree, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10-12 years of consumer marketing experience preferably on global consumer brands relevant with a young audience
Experience leading and motivating a team across both direct reports and partners
Validated understanding of marketing channels, programs, and strategies
Excellent collaborator management and presentation skills
Dedicated outlook requiring minimal oversight
Willingness to have fun!
