We are looking for a strategic product marketer to unlock the magic of Adobe’s non-pro content creation family of products targeted at social media marketers, entrepreneurs and SMBs (Adobe Spark).
You will be responsible for understanding the key drivers of engagement for each of our audience segments and building strategies and experiments, influencing teams across the user lifecycle in and out of the product.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media content creation trends, empowering small business entrepreneurs, and be able to demonstrate ability to influence in a matrixed environment. Could that be you?
Responsible for :
Deeply understanding our customer segments, their unique needs, and how they navigate content creation
Closely monitoring key success metrics including activation rates, repeat usage, conversion to upgrade, retention
Conducting ad-hoc research and analysis for understanding behaviors correlated with high engagement and retention, and behaviors surrounding specific needs / use cases
Developing and championing strategies and experiment concepts cross-functionally to meaningfully move business metrics
Partnering with lifecycle marketing teams to develop engagement strategies and launch new product releases that include messaging, positioning, GTM plans, and goals setting / reporting
Driving product / growth recommendations for increasing user success along their journeys and identifying upsell opportunities
Act as a change agent, guiding teams forward in a constantly evolving environment
Self-starter and proactive leader with 8+ years of product marketing experience from a technology SaaS company
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred
Deep understanding of social media market trends and competitive landscape
Experience with Entrepreneurs and Small-Medium Business audiences preferred
Proven ability to partner with product management and go to market teams to define and implement new programs and investments to achieve business goals.
Experience partnering with market researchers and translating insights into measurable strategies
Demonstrates outstanding analytical skills to identify, analyze, and use data to advise recommendations.
Gifted verbal and written communicator, who is comfortable in front of senior leadership groups, and colleagues alike
Experience managing resources optimally.
