The Opportunity
This Techno-Functional role focuses on providing and driving strategic solutions within marketing automation & operations in areas such as demand / lead generation, events, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and campaign management.
Your mission will be to bridge the gap between key business objectives and technical capabilities and to provide fully integrated solutions that tackle real world business problems.
You will establish a collaborative relationship with Marketing business to support their strategic priorities.
The business solution analyst is a key driver in the analysis, design, and delivery of major software implementations and features.
This is a critical partnership role that requires working closely with product owners to understand business challenges and design solutions that enable business operations.
The analyst will take the lead in defining and driving the capabilities that a software solution must perform in support of the business needs.
To be successful in this role, you must be proficient with technology and should have had hands-on experience using Marketing Automation and CRM tools.
