The CDTO / CIO Finance team is responsible for managing company’s Digital Transformation and IT investments including Business Applications, Infrastructure, Security, Enterprise Data and Integration.
Our goal is to help and enable the business to run and transform operational capabilities. We focus on investment prioritizations, aligning to overall company vision and goals, by driving optimization and return on investments.
Our distributed team is located in United States, Costa Rica, and India.
Job Role & Responsibility
This role will be part of the CDTO / CIO Finance team to provide trusted and insightful investment management and financial acumen to our business partners.
The right individual for this role is a finance professional with a passion towards operational excellence, great attention to detail, and will continuously drive process improvement.
This role will report to the Finance Manager based in Costa Rica.
Core Responsibilities :
Financial Planning and Analysis. Provide financial planning, forecast and close. Support business partners with data and analytics to optimize investments and provide options for business decisions.
Performance Measurement. Report on key performance indicators and metrics. Provide spend analyses including resource allocation, location mix, and other meaningful references to understand trend and trajectory for decision making.
Process Improvements and Report Standardization . Identify and define areas of process improvements and automation.
Management Communication. Assist in preparation and reporting materials for quarterly business reviews, planning reviews and upper management meetings
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
2+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis roles at a large multinational corporation
Ability and experience working in cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large data sets and communicate valuable insights
Proactive; Initiative to solve problems and deal well with ambiguity, confidence to ask for help to his or her peers and / or managers
Ability to drive process improvements, lead and streamline everyday tasks and cross-functional team activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge and experience using Hyperion
Knowledge and experience using the MS office package, including Excel and PowerPoint. Strong Excel and Financial modeling skills
Motivated individual with a desire to learn and to grow in a fast-paced, challenging environment
