Job Description :
As a SAP FICO consultant you will need to work in the implementation of financial and controlling modules for SAP software.
You will be responsible for the implementation and configuring system based on business requirements, GAP analysis, improving processes and looking for new opportunities / products.
You will be responsible to integrate finance with other business modules(MM, PM, PP and PS), assisting in testing process in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or performing business process lists.
Provide application support, training of end users. Finally after demonstrating self-managed attitude you will need to perform as project technical lead or row leader for financial projects.
Understanding business model and business flow to give recommendations.
Investigate and self-learn business and technical solutions to apply to the system.
Analytical person that requires to learn from a senior consultant : To be able to understand financial operations in the system and needs to modify operations.
To understand how business is modeled through system configuration (tables, transaction code and master data).Troubleshoot issues in configuration (or code if possible) to resolve defects.
Needs to be very organized, discipline and with a very professional behavior. The person needs to be self-managed and self-driven since it will be performing customer facing roles.
Customer service : Set expectations with customers and / or internal businesses / end users within defined parameters.
Teamwork / Collaboration : Work as part of a team, which may be virtual and / or global. Help peers and share knowledge.
Executes business process list as required / requested.
Finance or Accounting bachelor degree or Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience in Technical Support or IT with Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
The candidate must be fluent in English.
Typical skills include as a plus : ITIL Process knowledge, PMI Project Methodology, Agile Methodology.
Research skills : investigation and self-learn.
Organized, discipline and with a very professional behavior.
SAP Knowledge and experience desired.
Fluen in English
Programming knowledge is a plus.
