We are seeking a highly strategic employee communications professional with a passion for our most important asset our people.
In this role, you will lead internal communication and engagement efforts for Adobe's Diversity & Inclusion team and Corporate Social Responsibility team.

This role is global in scope and ideal for a communicator that thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments. It sits in Adobe'
s Global Marketing and Strategy organization as a part of a combined Employee Communications and Talent Marketing team, reporting to the Employee Experience Communications Lead.
What You’ll Do
Design and own a refreshed communication approach to champion our Adobe For All strategy, connect employees with opportunities to create change in their communities, and inspire authentic employee advocacy
Drive engagement and support recruiting efforts for employee impact programs such as volunteer opportunities and giving campaigns
Lead on a thoughtful communication approach to engage employees with employee networks and cultural moment events and activities
Increase awareness and enablement among managers and senior leaders to be strong D&I and social impact champions
Use the power of storytelling to help build empathy, strengthen inclusion, and expand perspectives
Serve as a trusted communications advisor for key internal stakeholders on the Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility teams
Collaborate with the broader employee communications team, corporate communications, executive communications, and talent marketing to create alignment across internal and external channels and teams

Superior written and verbal communication skills, ranging from distilling complex topics and translating them to short, attention-grabbing messages, to creating purposeful calls-to-action, to drafting executive talking points and more
Resourcefulness and self-motivation to independently prioritize shifting workloads in a global high-growth, ever-changing environment
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and project management skills
BA / BS in communications, public relations, marketing or equivalent experience; some corporate and / or tech industry experience ideal
Minimum 7 years of experience in internal communications, HR communications, executive communications, external communications or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience leading communication efforts for D&I and / or corporate social responsibility teams
