Duties and Responsibilities

  • To support the financial and operational health of the group by updating existing reports.
  • To provide support in the procurement process, working closely with Project Specialists and Buyers to ensure efficiency in the buyouts process.
  • To manage buyouts requisitions, control, and track status / pricing / requirements. Ensure on time delivery if applicable.
  • To provide support with the project opening and closure, resource allocation, timesheet adjustments and any other entry / report in Clarity.
  • To provide support adjusting budgets, invoicing dates, and task dates in Oracle. Download reports from the system as requested.
  • To meet defined standard metrics (Quality, OTD, Customer Satisfaction, TAT) and identify opportunities for improvement
  • To serve as back-up support for other project analysts and project specialists as necessary.
  • Qualifications

  • Business degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineer.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a customer support or project controlling positions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, especially basic Power BI and Intermediate Excel
  • Basic Financial Analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills. B1 English level.
  • Proven experience working with high detail-oriented customers.
