The Senior Manager, Finance - Sales Incentive Compensation will oversee and ensure the payment and reporting of variable incentive compensation for the U.

S. Sales Organizations (all Franchises) is managed in accordance with required standards. The role will have oversight of a team accountable for designing complex calculation models, timely and accurate processing of accruals and payments, creating and disseminating compensation statements as well as KPI's and Dashboards to key business stakeholders (payees, management and senior leaders) and updating required systems.

The role will focus on team process improvements, standardization, documentation (policies and SOPs), key insights and metrics for Plan success evaluations, payroll and schedule coordination, expense budget and accrual accuracy, compliance, service levels and business required escalations.

The Senior Manager will interface and work closely with U.S. Finance and Sales Operations for Plan designs, expense budget forecasting and accrual processing, predictive models, Plan redesigns or business required changes, etcResponsibilities : (Please specify % amount against each responsibility)40% - Develop and lead Incentives Compensation Management (ICM) capabilities including modelling of Plans, processing all Plan payments, performance tracking and reporting, timely and accurate pay submittal, dispute resolution, etc.

15% - Develop and maintain Franchise aligned standardized operating procedures, policies and governance rules for leading efforts in managing field sales personnel inquiries and / or dispute resolutions, compliance, and Plan Contracts and / or Terms and Conditions.

Establish and maintain relationships and review processes with lead U.S. Franchise Financial, Commercial and legal Business Partners.

15% - Manage development and delivery of all U.S. Franchise variable pay required analytics, accruals, and alignment with corporate budget and performance management metrics / strategies.

Liaise with financial and business leaders for in-depth analytical understanding as well as required financial reporting requirements, approvals and oversight.

Present findings to key stakeholders as required.10% - Develop, coordinate and deliver key dashboards / standardized reporting via Power BI.

Liaise with centralized GBS team (Poland) for maintaining and updating requirements. 10% Lead all technical and operational efficiencies and effectiveness through tool improvement and technology, including but not limited to ICM Systems and / or Databases for managing all customers-level sales data and compensation logic.

Coordinate maintenance and improves with IT Business Partners and ensure governance rules are maintained within current technology.

10% - Provide motivation, coaching, development and retention of members of the Sales Incentive Compensation Team. Liaise with US financial direct reporting relationships and business leaders as required.

10+ years of financial or accounting experience and 3+ years of commission management experience within the Life Sciences field (Medical Device, Pharma, Biotech, etc.

or commercial financial management being preferred.
