The Software Development Policy Governance Manager will have a unique opportunity to support organizations across all P&G to bring business value through the adoption of our software development standards, as well as discover opportunity areas to continuously improve and automate governance processes, as well as enabling compliance by default.
As the Software Development Policy Governance Manager, you will :
Collaborate with the OUs to understand policy compliance gaps, limitations and needs, and how to best support them.
Explore and implement innovative governance solutions to simplify and automate controls and reporting.
Serve as consultant to the st line of defense and be responsible to determine policy deviations to address outages.
Drive corrective actions to improve compliance over time ensuring that software development activities are aligned with our enterprise architecture strategy.
Responsible for ongoing policy updates deployment and training needs to the organizations globally.

IT governance and compliance processes, especially on SDLC practices experience.
Data analysis and data reporting skills. Experience with MS Excel is a must. Experience with databases and visual reporting tools (such as Power BI) is a plus.
Application Management experience (CI / CD, DevOps, Agile).
