  • Responsible for business and administrative support for Americas Procurement LT team in the SSC Americas in San Jose, Costa Rica

    Key Responsibilities (General) :

  • Organizes regional meetings and calls, records and distributes meeting minutes and follows up on action items
  • Manages LT agenda and resolves scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinates major functional events and all pertinent planning arrangements and negotiations.
  • Prepares and analyzes complex trends, reports, and presentations drawing data from a variety of sources.
  • Assists in the preparation of budget and project reports as required.
  • Researches, collects, compiles, and analyzes a wide variety of complex data and information as requested.
  • Designs procedures to maintain confidential record, files and procedures.
  • Design of operational templates for the sites’ policies, procedures and communications.
  • Prepares and initiates routine and non-routine correspondence and memoranda.
  • Responsible for the accurate release of a variety of communications and information that affect the organization.
  • Schedules appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements.
  • Prepares and manages expense reports through settling.
  • May have informal supervisory responsibility.
  • Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving quality and objectives.
  • Qualifications :

  • Strong ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively, adhere to tight and established deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and employment of advanced reasoning skills.
  • Support the process improvement and best practice implementations
  • Support the departments operational topics in collaboration with management and peers
  • Good numeric and analytical skills
  • Good time management (high sense of urgency)
  • Advanced computer and presentation preparation skills are essential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Well developed analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Requires ability to work with highly confidential information
  • Language : Full English & Spanish fluency required and a must for this position, Portuguese optional
  • Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience providing support to one or more senior leaders expected.
  • Professional Certification , desired*
  • This is a Temporary Position for 6 months*
