CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

Technical / Product Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of project financials
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodology
  • Advanced Excel
  • Strong MS Office products
  • Proven Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

  • DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

    Technical / Product Knowledge

  • ERP Platforms - Microsoft preferred
  • Proven Experience

  • Experience in an IT / Professional Services environment
  • KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Utilizing DXC Eclipse PM tools and templates within compliance
  • Adherence to DXC Eclipse processes outlined in the Project Coordinator Handbook
  • Managing the project document library using SharePoint
  • Monitoring project status and preparing project status reports for Project Manager approval
  • Monitoring and reporting project financials on a weekly basis
  • Assisting with completion of Percentage Complete reporting requirements
  • Adhering to all company procedures including DXC Eclipse’s ISO9001 Quality Management System procedures and all other procedures appropriate for this position
  • Assistance with DXC Eclipse Project Management processes when utilization is 90% or less
