Job Description :
CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
Technical / Product Knowledge
Strong knowledge of project financials
Knowledge of Project Management methodology
Strong MS Office products
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
Technical / Product Knowledge
ERP Platforms - Microsoft preferred
Experience in an IT / Professional Services environment
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Utilizing DXC Eclipse PM tools and templates within compliance
Adherence to DXC Eclipse processes outlined in the Project Coordinator Handbook
Managing the project document library using SharePoint
Monitoring project status and preparing project status reports for Project Manager approval
Monitoring and reporting project financials on a weekly basis
Assisting with completion of Percentage Complete reporting requirements
Adhering to all company procedures including DXC Eclipse’s ISO9001 Quality Management System procedures and all other procedures appropriate for this position
Assistance with DXC Eclipse Project Management processes when utilization is 90% or less
