We are currently seeking an Application Process Support L3 to join our team in Heredia, Heredia, Costa Rica.

Position overview

As an application Process support you will be responsible for governance of an applications service management, including but not limited to Incident and problem management, Application Testing and documentation, and process escalations.

Position's General Duties and Tasks :

  • Leading and supporting the application support team both onshore and offshore with the ability to handle multiple projects to completion
  • Incident Management liaise with Data Support, SMI and TICM Teams to resolve process related issues
  • Problem Management coordinate root cause analysis on process and application related issues
  • Process Escalation follow-up with client and control teams to ensure proper process workflow
  • Application Testing and documentation Manual testing of application releases and create process and application documents as per client standards
  • Application Support provide 3rd Level support to custom applications of customer and application users and workflows
  • Develop and implement automated training of global customer applications and Control processes
  • Work closely with onsite L3 Application Product Manager
  • Run the product call for JustifyIT application and track the production issues and new releases.
  • Backup for customer product manager and drive the product calls and testing touchpoint meetings.
  • Must have Skills :

  • 3+ years working with service management with focus on Incident and Problem.
  • Experience working on global projects.
  • 1+ years of experience in manual Testing, understanding Jira and documenting applications.
  • Nice to have, but not required :

    1+ years working as product manager or supporting a product manager.

  • Agile / scrum experience
  • Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
