Team Lead San Jose, Costa Rica

  • In the role of Team Lead, you will be responsible for working as an expert for the project team to different stakeholders;
  • ensures process compliances, resolution of escalations; track and report project status regularly; contribute to process improvements with the objective to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys

    In this role you will be responsible for client and team interactions, transition activities, floor operations, quality and process compliance, knowledge management, internal / external audits and process compliance.

    Location for this position is San Jose, Costa Rica

    Basic

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • At least 4 years of experience in S&P area.
  • Preferred

    At least 4 year of experience in :

  • Service Level Agreements compliance
  • Management of the end to end Requisition to Purchase Order process (quoting, requisition, approval, purchase order release, follow up, delivery)
  • Supplier research and selection
  • Negotiation with suppliers
  • Savings delivering
  • Suppliers relationships development
  • Interaction with stakeholders : focused on customer service, deep understanding of their needs.
  • Ability to provide guidance to stakeholders and suppliers of procurement and policies processes
  • Excellent Communication oral and written skills (by phone, email or face to face)
  • Catalogs development
  • Work with Preferred suppliers
  • Records management : emails, supplier quotes, SOWs, etc.
  • Finance notions (general ledger, cost centers, commodity codes, etc.)
  • Required skills :

  • Computer skills, experience working with electronic tools
  • Organized and proactive
  • Trouble Solving ownership
  • Teamwork abilities

  • Highest degree of ethic and integrity
