The Ambition 2025 Growth Theme Change Lead role assists with formulating the overall change strategy for the Client Success as Avanade executes our 5-year, Ambition 2025 Strategy.
The Change Lead works with their Growth Theme Lead and Steward (Executive) to create the change strategy and plan to implement the global Client Success program.
Core skills include : change strategy & planning, business planning, executive stakeholder management and presentations, implementing change across a global organization and strategic program management.
This will also support the overall Ambition 2025 Change, Communications and Content (CCC) Team.
Client Success Change Lead
Develop, manage and execute the Growth Theme Change Strategy for Client Success :
Leverage Avanade’s structured methodologies and lead change management activities
Define Success Factors and critical milestones.
Identify potentials risks, barriers, and dependencies between Ambition2025 Change strategy and Area / Regional strategies.
Create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required.
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Work closely with the Global Ambition 2025 Change, Communications and Content (CCC) Team to represent the Growth Theme

Provide insight into strategic technology planning, business case development, and alignment with parents and industry

Identify, coach, and develop key talent on own team by readily sharing skills, knowledge and information
2-4 years in program management or change management
Consulting / project-based background
Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate complex strategic concepts to a variety of audiences
Strong analytical and statistical skills
Ability to work with a variety of strong personalities
Broad knowledge of technology landscape
