Specific activities include : o Contribute in the analysis of key management review decks for Regions & Productso Participation in time critical activities for FP&A teamso Conducting monthly and quarterly analytical insights.
Focus will be addressing adhoc strategic issues that are complementary to regular Planning and Analysisprocesseso Development of materials for review with Businesso Participation in forward looking activities including annual budgeting and monthlyestimate process+ Drive standardization of activities including the identification of productivity and efficiency+ Establish partnership with other locations to meet goals and deliverables+ Comply with Risk & Control policies and requirements+ Work generally affects own team as well as other closely related work teams+ Ensure there is a strong culture of high integrity, ethics and meritocracy+ On occasions provide informal guidance or on the job training to team members Qualifications : + Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineer or a related field with at least+ 5+ years of experience with more than 2-4 years of Planning and Analysis experience+ Understanding of Banking is preferable but not essential.
Finance products and markets+ knowledge is required+ Intermediate financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models+ Keen interest in business and economic environment+ Bilingual : English and Spanish.
Portuguese is a plus.+ Medium - Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. VBA, Power BI and Tableau knowledge is+ a plus Skills : + Project management skills is a plus+ Attention to detail oriented and proactive+ Ability to collaborate within a team and across teams.
