We are looking for a Senior Partner, Talent Management to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to join the Employee Experience (EX) team as we accelerate the growth and development of employees across Adobe.
As a Senior Partner, you will work closely with Business Partners, Talent Leaders, and Sr. Business Leaders to drive talent reviews and succession planning.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of identifying, developing, and preparing high-potential talent for key roles.
This is a opportunity to scale people programs, work with leaders across all teams and regions, and build Adobe’s next generation of leaders.
What you'll Do
Program manage the Talent Review process in partnership with Talent Management Leadership and Global Business Partners.
This includes running and improving the process, and regularly measuring and assessing leadership bench trends.
Partner with Talent Development to develop an effective, impactful learning curriculum for our leadership bench. This includes program design, facilitation, and using data to measure the effectiveness of these programs on our bench’s growth and engagement.
Partner with the Technology Team to develop a scalable tool for running talent reviews and succession planning.
Act as the trusted advisor to Business Partners, Business Leaders, Talent Leaders, Executive Search, and Total Rewards.
Build and nurture strong relationships with these internal team members to ensure we are building programs that are working for the business and our employees.
Act as the subject matter expert on succession planning and high potential development. Regularly share external benchmarking and best practices to ensure Talent Management is evolving its practices.'

Ability to develop and influence relationships and partnerships (internal and external) of the organization, exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills.
Experience with consulting, facilitation, and HRIS technology implementation.
