Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll look to you to be responsible for building and managing a team of fraud operations analysts. The position will direct and prioritize work.

You will also create, document, and operationalize the operational processes. We require you to research fraud patterns, specific fraud trends, fraud cases reported by other teams in WU to find the root cause of fraud, gaps in WU decisioning systems, and data issues in the risk system.

You will work closely with Internal Risk / Payments / Compliance teams to support risk mitigation initiatives and issues, including tasks such as external vendor evaluation from new or existing products, ad-hoc analysis or customer behavioral analysis.

You will be responsible of creating and maintaining different detailed and grouped reports related to digital transactions using mostly Power Bi as the main BI tool.

For such a detail-driven role, you’ll need a bachelor’s degree in statistics, math, software engineering, computer science or similar others and you will need to have 3 or more years of relevant work experience or equivalent in roles managing and creating Power BI dashboards, data bases, interpreting data, and delivering actionable insight.

You should demonstrate experience in writing SQL / HQL database queries required. You have experience in BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc) to effectively monitor status availability and performance of key systems.

You have good communication and MSOffice skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required. You will manage ad-hoc decisioning analyses to support internal and external customers.

For the role we require you to have a proficient English level (B2+).
