The Partner Director will be a key accountable party for maximizing the relationship and driving agreed upon revenue from a list of assigned Payments & Banking Service Providers.
This will entail overseeing and ensuring delivery by both parties - of the contractual commitments within the Master Services Agreement.
These include product enhancements the partner will deliver, service level standards they will adhere to and ongoing functional support.
Sage’s commitments to the partner are to deliver, as a result of GTM activities, increasing payments volume, whilst enabling Sage to achieve scalable new customer growth and accelerated revenue.
The incumbent will be the primary contact for all relationships assigned into Sage’s key areas of support including Engineering, LSM, Field Marketing, Product Management, Product Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales and Indirect Partner Channels.
Ongoing partner communications focused on marketing and sales activities ongoing management & forward planning - to drive customer and revenue growth, SLA and partnership performance reviews to identify areas in need of attention and investment, product roadmap management and prioritization and future product development / innovation.
In addition to managing these relationships, there will be opportunity to support other Payments and Banking initiatives across the Sage product set.Key Responsibilities
