The Opportunity
This position is on the Marketing Transformation & Readiness team in DX Marketing. This role is responsible for analytics associated with our testing and optimization function.
The successful candidate will build out a framework to determine how we evaluate performance, recommend opportunities for optimization, and track key success metrics.
What You'll Do
Operationalize how we look at our performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement (utilizing CRM and marketing automation data)
Dive deep into data to understand root cause on funnel analysis
Create standardized and scalable processes for test hypotheses, test plans, and success metrics
Utilize tools and technology to analyze test results and develop insights and recommendations
Consolidate learnings to provide holistic analysis / results
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Strong analytical (especially statistics) and problem-solving skills are crucial
Key technology experience is preferred : Salesforce (or other CRM) data analysis, Marketo, PowerBI
Testing background is preferred
Understanding of B2B marketing KPIs and funnels
Strong communication skills
Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.
Colorado Starting Salary : $84,700 - $110,000
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
