AVOC Instructional Designer
Amazon Vision Operations Center (AVOC) is a team that remotely handles stowing activities in the Fulfillment Centers globally.
Our strategy is to employ a human-as-sensor model and allow humans to perform just those portions of a task that require higher order cognitive ability.
AVOC team is seeking for a customer-obsessed Instructional Designer who will be responsible for overseeing training delivery, instructional development and knowledge assets.
The person on this role will creatively use instructional design, learning methods, videography, and appropriate technologies to enhance learning and engage learners through blended learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Assess, develop and implement innovative-networked learning solutions.
Be hands-on; work directly with development teams and stakeholders for content creation.
Determine the proper blend of learning solution that reinforces hands-on application of the tools, enhances the learning transfer and engages learners.
Develop first-hand experience with the appropriate subject matter (systems or products)
Conduct technical and editorial reviews of training content
Utilize project management skills to define and meet project milestones, communicate issues and risks in a timely manner, and manage customer expectations.
Experience on Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Articulate Storyline or any other software to create e-learning content.
Experience in training or project management for a minimum of 6 months.
Knowledge and proven application of adult learning principles in face-to-face, virtual classroom, and self-directed e-Learning modalities.
Experience leading large, multi-track, fast-moving project for a minimum of 6 months.
Excellent communication, strong organizational skills and very detail oriented.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field.
Experience in or demonstrated ability to lead people / team.
