About the role...
We are hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to be part of our established HR team. The Human Resources Business Partner assists in the day-to-day operations of the HR office and the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs alongside leading HR practices that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
What you’ll be doing
Advise internal clients and manage information about benefits, HR policies and procedures.
Be the operations advisor about employee relations and legal matters.
Processing and maintaining HR data, to provide feedback to the operation.
Draw up and implement of different HR processes.
Assists leadership on feedback process, surveys, focus groups, systems use.
Helps to monitor the organization’s culture so that it supports the attainment of the company’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction
What you'll need
Previous experience as HRBP, for at least 3 years
Strong knowledge of employee relations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities in a changing environment
Experience in the administration of Human Resources programs
Effective oral and written communication in Spanish and English
