The Resource manager plays a key role as part of the successful management of projects, the optimal candidate has multiple skills in organization, multitasking, negotiation, communication, change management and compromise.

Create and maintain resource planning for a team of 70 total, consisting of project managers, developers, and QA against project plans based on personnel availability and skills sets.
Develop and manage resource calendar and coordinate projects (ie : vacation, holiday schedules, etc.).
Work with technical project managers to develop project oversight documentation.
Coordinate with technical project managers to create resource planning against project plans to determine projects can still be completed on time and in budget.
Work with technical project managers, development team, and QA teams to determine required resources for project deliverables.
Gather, analyze, evaluate, and maintain hourly reporting and performance data for executive management on project status, project performance, and resource performance.
Prepare and present concise oral and written reports.
Evaluate performance of staff against estimated hours. Review and make recommendations for enhancement.
Manage confidential team member personnel requests, including leave of absence requests, vacations, emergencies, etc.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of agency, needs, expectations, and requirements.
Manage project coordination in the absence of a tech PM, to help support project deliverable dates / timelines
1 years managing technology projects, and / or digital production, or PM experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
Fluent in English, Strong written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge and understanding of the software development life cycle.
Demonstrated ability to complete projects on time, on budget, and within scope
Jira experience is preferred
Strong data analytical skills. Ability to write technical and non-technical project materials including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Strong team leadership with an ability to influence without authority
Strong process-orientation with significant attention to detail
Excellent communicator, buttoned up when interacting with Business Leaders
Comfortable in a faced paced, unstructured environment
Amiable personality with good relationship building skills
