Buyer Risk & Compliance (BRC) is an organization on track to grow exponentially, and we are looking for an innovative learning design leader to manage a team of designers creating training curriculum and learning interventions for our front-line investigators across the globe.
As a Learning Experience Design Manager, your role is to guide and develop your team to create learning solutions that meet investigator and business needs, while coaching performance to meet quality standards.
You will work with global stakeholders and leaders to ensure that our curriculum supports key business metrics and perform analysis on our training program effectiveness.
You will manage team wide initiatives that drive operational excellence, process enhancements, and change management needs.
You will excel at these tasks while keeping a focus on the development of your team through strengths based coaching.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Lead, manage, and coach a team of Learning Experience Designers (LXDs). Understand what motivates your team, support them to develop a career plan and actively support them to achieve it.
Provide design oversight for your team, ensuring adherence to quality standards (e.g. design, linguistic, and template requirements) through regular audits and coaching.
Take a data driven approach to understand investigator performance issues and collaborate with stakeholder teams to identify opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of curriculum programs.
Build relationships with onsite stakeholders to understand / address business challenges and promote an effective learning experience for investigators.
Lead team initiatives to continuously improve the design and effectiveness of curriculum, internal processes, interaction with stakeholders, and reporting / tracking mechanisms.
Coordinate with LXD program managers and leadership to prioritize and resource projects.
International travel may be required up to 20%.
Experience in change management and process improvement activities, designing scalable solutions and implementing these at pace and at scale.
Master’s degree in related discipline, such as instructional design, education, education technology, business, etc.
Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate (e.g. CPLP, CPT, PMP, etc.)
