Regional Data Informatica Analyst

Our regional Data InformaticaAnalysts will be the guardians of National Instruments account, territory andresource data assets across our many systems like Oracle, Data Warehouse,and SFDC by adhering to business rules, best practices and representing theregional needs of their stakeholders to reduce operational friction, enable decisionmaking on enterprise investments and represent the needs of sales datastakeholders.
They will also be relied on to partner with stakeholders toproactively create and maintain our data to enable enterprise processes anddrive sales processes like coverage and compensation.
This role will alsoinfluence future requirements for improvements to our customer data models aswell as ensure compliance with data governance policies and resolution of dataquality issues.
They will be a key member of the Global Sales Operations teamand will have an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment highlycollaborative environment.
Responsibilities Include :
Review, validate and recommend master organizations and perform account maintenance / standardization to ensure accuracy
Work alongside our CMDM teams to recommend changes related to new account setup and maintenance to improve process efficiencies
Partner with other areas of Global Sales Operations to leverage data to drive key sales processes
Monitors adherence to governance policies and procedures
Provides subject matter expertise to determine appropriate data values when conflicts arise
Conduct appropriate data analysis to review and audit data elements
Interface with cross-functional teams to support teammate adherence to master data policies
Design and execute on best business practices for mass data updates as needed
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for account hierarchies, Customer Data Integration linkage, and overall governance operations
Communicate timely and professionally to users, management, and senior leadership
Develop standard procedures, user guides, and other necessary training and job aid materials
Lead and work on regional and global projects
Qualifications
Requirements Include :
At least 1 year of experience in Data Analysis related positions. Nice to have experience with order management, quotes, territories and other customer datasets preferred
Enrolled in careers such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.a
Ability to work with a team as well as independently
Strong interpersonal skills; positive business relationships
Effective written and verbal communication skills including proper English grammar
Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
