The Enterprise Technology Group Professional Services Security Engineering group is responsible for security product architecture, design and support for commercial Fiserv products.
This team also plays a key role in the delivery of security technologies for ETG portfolio initiatives.
What does a great SCCM Engineer do?
This role is for a Senior System Center Configuration Manager Engineer who will work in a large-scale enterprise environment supporting 15,000+ systems.
You will be part of an Engineering team and will assist in the design, implementation and support of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) while following existing standards.
In this role, you’ll help build the technology responsible for our core services. Your work will influence the success of companies across the world.
Members of our Technology team are experts in the field, working to evaluate and improve today’s systems while building tomorrow’s.
Maintain existing SCCM environment including upgrades
Extend SCCM infrastructure to additional physical locations as needed
Maintain existing enterprise images and build new enterprise images using OSD
Build and manage driver packages to support current operating systems in OSD
Build queries and reports to support business and audit requests
Troubleshoot technical issues with SCCM infrastructure including SQL
Craft collections in System Center Configuration Manager for application deployments
Build custom reports in Systems Center Configuration Manager
Package desktop applications using SCCM or Admin Studio
Run deployment reports in System Center Configuration Manager
Build operational support documents for various tasks related to SCCM
Develop and document standards related to package creation, OSD, patching, infrastructure
Provide technical documentation to project and Operations teams as part of project deliverables
Train operational team to perform day-to-day SCCM tasks such as security update deployments
Performs other duties as required
Basic Qualifications for Consideration :
High School diploma, and would be preferred a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field experience
Microsoft Certification in Configuration Manager 2012 or newer, is a plus
5+ years of experience administering System Center Configuration Manager in an enterprise environment, and 7+ years of experience engineering and administering Windows Operating Systems
Advanced English level B2
Preferred Skills :
Experience with System Center Configuration Manager 2012
Experience with SQL reporting
Experience troubleshooting application deployment errors
Experience with Intune Integration
Experience with Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring
Experience with Group Policy Objects
Experience with Casper Suite is a plus
Working knowledge of Windows 7 - Windows 10 and Server 2008 Server 2016
Working knowledge of Visual Basic Scripting PowerShell
