Your Role

The Air Logistics Production Manager is responsible to deliver operational excellence in all GSC 2.0 teams while continuously optimizing the efficiency of production.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain daily workingrelationship, knowledge share, planning and problem solving with RA-ON GS,relative to GSC 2.
  • 0 teams and production activities

  • With the Air Logistics BU manager,continually maintain overall alignment of GSC team operations to 2.0 modelinclusive of communication concept.
  • Own and maintain regular collaborationand communication with Support / ABP Manager to share challenges and bestpractices.
  • Demonstrate tracking and outcomes

  • Through GSC 2.0 team managers, ensureregular and effective utilizationof BAM / WEBAPP in all GSC 2.0 teams executing BPA tasks.
  • Eliminate workloaddistribution tools outside of Salog / BPA

  • Develop / implement framework with GSC 2.0managers, for optimal workload distribution to maximize use of staff at alltimes, especially during during peaks and ebbs
  • Coordinate and collect from GSC 2.0 teammanagers : pro-active communication and escalation to RA-ON GS related toservice impacting bottlenecks or staffing issues in any team
  • Coordinate regular reviews of taskvisibilities and life cycles, with Support team, GSC 2.0 managers and RA-ON GS(as required) for most effective andefficient team performance
  • Develop and implement with GSC 2.0 teammanagers and Support Manager : protocol to identify teamsand areas in need of process and / or staff assessment, track follow-up and outcome.
  • Own and ensure correctives measuresand / or process improvements are implemented with GSC 2.0 teams and positivelyeffective
  • Actively manageinterfaces and information / knowledge exchange between GSC2.0 managers and teams
  • Closely cooperatewith RA-ONGS, Support / ABP team togain airlogistics, process and / or product specific knowledge. Share same with all 2.
  • 0managers and coordinate additional training / knowledge share as required

    Your Skills and Experiences

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of Air Logistics (knowledge of KN Systems, operations, products and services)
  • Focus on performance, execution, improving efficiency and quality, optimization, problem solving.
