Your Career

The Sales Intelligence Analyst resides within the Sales Intelligence team, in the Sales Operations organization, and fulfills a variety of key functions to support and enable business processes to scale, grow and evolve with our rapidly growing sales org.

This role is based in Costa Rica and will report to the Sales Operations Manager, Territory & Quota.

This role will support the Sales Intelligence team and the broader sales organization through the management of requests coming into the Sales Intelligence team and will be a key contributor in the management of sales participant data.

Key responsibilities will also include partnering with sales and sales operations leaders to drive territory and quota decisions, ownership and upkeep of participant and sales team data, and handling of recurring and ad-hoc analytics requests.

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively execute and oversee cross-functional processes and serve as a business partner across the sales leadership, Sales Intelligence team, commissions team, and broader sales operations team.

This person must possess a strong knowledge of field, corporate and channel sales operations, particularly in the realm of planning, territory building and quota setting.

This role will be a valued member of Sales Operations that would not only have ownership of current processes, but also be given opportunities to develop and execute new ideas that enable the organization’s success.

Your Impact

  • Oversee and manage requests into the Sales Intelligence team through ServiceNow. This role would require a breadth of understanding the key elements of responsibilities across the entire team and would be charged with enabling the team to execute effectively and efficiently.
  • Support and maintain operational activities within Anaplan to enable our tools to properly support the business (Planning / SPM, operational participant data management, sales hierarchy, etc.)
  • Perform regular assessments of participant data to ensure accuracy and consistency, while formulating suggestions for improvement.
  • Partner with Sales / SE Leaders, Sales Operations and Sales Planning functions to drive decisions around sales quota and territory management.
  • Manage operational cadences around quota, territory and alignment setup for new hires and changes in the sales organization
  • Evaluate and streamline processes around participant data management and develop creative solutions to scale planning and data management tools.
  • Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements
  • Participate in Anaplan UAT and provide feedback for enhancements
  • Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
  • Your Experience

  • 5 years of sales operations experience
  • 3-5 years of financial or sales analysis experience
  • Ability to partner, collaborate, and influence across different teams in the organization to execute sales planning efforts and maintain operational excellence
  • Proficient background in sales planning processes and quota / territory management
  • Solid understanding of field, corporate and channel sales operations, particularly in the realm of sales planning, territory creation and quota setting
  • Strong knowledge of sales operations functions
  • Ability to take ownership of end-to-end processes and drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - in person and via phone / e-mail
  • Ability to think creatively and holistically as part of a rapidly growing organization
  • Ability to quickly learn processes and related tools
  • Proven critical thinking abilities
  • Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent time management discipline
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • High proficiency in Salesforce.com or other CRM tool
  • Experience with Anaplan highly preferred
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other service management software a plus
  • Experience in Cybersecurity or High-Tech industry a plus
