Lifecycle Change Management Sr Expert
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
Monitor all change management submissions (BASICS) for quality and compliance with global change management process for new product presentation launches, site changes, labeling changes, harmonization groups, and pruning.
Responsible to document and keep appropriate data bases updated for launches, pruning, and manufacturing site changes.
Researches and analyzes any submission reworked during the preparation, review, and implementation stages.
Identify and pro-actively communicate potential risks and issues related to changes, e.g., delays in Regulatory approvals, launch delays, risks of out of stock, harmonization affectation, etc.
Drive and lead pruning analysis initiatives from SCM perspective and its tactical implementation in BASICS.
Responsible for change management tactical execution of launches (including one-time deliveries and local repackaging) and deletions.
Lead cross-functional team meetings to align on priorities and acts as a liaison between relevant functions where appropriate.
Monitor DCI status (check, transferred, in process) and process until approval by Global Change Management.
Troubleshoot and address system related challenges to maintain critical project milestones.
One of the primary points of contact for internal and external Pharma customers in selected markets to initiate packaging and labeling changes and monitor status.
Serve as a compliance check officer for all packaging and labeling changes submitted to the Change Application Review Process.
Ultimate responsibility for the maintenance of Material Data Trees, creation of various work packages including but not limited to generate, review, and approve the SKU Specification and Component Files for PH / CME products packaged, and marketed in selected markets.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, technical discipline, Supply Chain Management (preferred) .
At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
Knowledge of Pharma Business (preferred) .
Process strong with the courage to challenge the status quo.
Project Management know-how and analytical skills.
Must be a self-starter, with good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), BASICS, SAP APO.
Strong team player and results oriented.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.
Digital mindset and knowledge in emerging digital technologies (desirable) .
Experience in operational excellence (desirable) .
