About the role
A Senior Project Manager reports to a Delivery Director / Manager / Lead. Works closely with Directors and Subject Matter Experts, designers, developers and QA to ensure flawless project execution, efficient resource allocation, project financial sanity and client satisfaction.
He / She fosters and grows project management talent and helps to develop processes, documentation, standardization and tools.
Oversees Project Managers career development and is a key player on building high-energy, multi-disciplinary teams. He / She is interested, invested and passionate about the industry, the clients we serve, and the work produced
Manages day to day activities in the Delivery Department to ensure projects meet organizational goals and requirements.
Supports PM team coaching and mentoring.
Promotes the Agile values and principles.
Analyzes the state of the Agile teams within the responsible projects to determine needs and opportunities for improvement of Agile practice.
Establishes effective Agile governance approaches - such as ticket descriptions, metrics, dashboards and reporting.
Manages projects and resources in charge.
Supports leadership for PMs to manage all phases of program to success, including initiation, planning, definition, design, development, testing and deployment cycles.
Drives weekly releases for vertical and / or horizontal; review and prioritization of work and resource planning.
Coordinates with Development and QA teams and communicates with all impacted Stakeholders.
Collaborates with IT technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Project Methodology Governance.
Ensures all projects stay in scope and on schedule.
Partners with our AP team to drive cohesion around the customer experience and partner retention.
SupportsAgency Partnership Director and New Business Development team to engage and winprospective clients.
Providesdiscipline leadership and guidance to the Solution Delivery team, settingstandards and working to ensure the overall success of this group within theorganization.
Adheresto and advises on the company wide operating metric targets with the SolutionDelivery Director.
Responsiblefor ensuring teams are developing and executing against detailed project plans,including overall budget allocations, schedule roll-
ups of all projects,critical path and risk assessment.
Workswith team leads to develop process and documentation standards for team tofollow with the end goal of top-efficiency and quality.
Workswith Solution Delivery Director to align appropriate team members againstsuitable assignments, considering business needs and individual Career Paths.

5+ years of experience managing a variety ofdigital project types; site builds, ecommerce, marketing campaigns, microsites,maintenance.
A track record for successfully managing adiscipline or large programs.
A mastery of Project Management Methodologies, PMIProcess Groups, AGILE Development and Risk Management.
Expert experience in project finance, pipelineplanning, forecasting, road mapping and leadership.
Resource management within the Solution Deliveryteam including balancing priorities, timelines, mix and casting whileunderstanding and supporting the objectives and motivations of everydiscipline.
Proven ability to successfully manage multiplestakeholders.
Has managed and worked directly with Fortune 500clients.
Proven ability to work on large scale digitalprojects.
Proven ability to develop and implement processesto ensure high-quality deliverables for the client.
Proven acumen negotiation skills and proven abilityto interact with Senior-level employees.
Presents him / herself in a polished, professionalway. Very high degree of personal professionalism.
Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel,Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Mastery of collaboration and issue tracking toolssuch as Box, Jira, Confluence.
PMP designation, SCRUM Master, Six Sigma desired.
