The Central IT Operations team inside Eurofins is responsible for maintaining centrally provided IT services (e.g. : AD, MS Exchange, Skype for Business, Teams, servers, storage, monitoring, backup, physical hardware, cloud services, etc.
in collaboration with other IT teams and according to defined processes (e.g. Incident Management and Change Management).
Bachelor's degree in computer science / IT, or equivalent.
ITIL Foundation certification / knowledge.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Identity technologies products and services Active Directory (on premises or in Cloud, e.g. Azure AD).
5+ years of experience implementing and operating Active Directory services in a large enterprise environment.
Required Professional Expertise :
5+ years of experience in Active Directory forest administration, including AD based : on DNS, DFS, ADFS, AGPM and AD Delegation Model (RBAC).
Domain Name System, Distributer File System, Active Directory Federation Services, Advanced Group Policy Management).
PowerShell scripting automation.
AD environment operation experience based on best practices for capacity, redundancy and performance.
Security and improving experience; following and auditing the overall environment.
ITIL Incident and Change Management experience (map, improve, analyze and execute).
Remote cross cultural experience required.
AD Delegation Model (RBAC).
Virtual Machines environment knowledge (VMWARE).
Bonus Points :
Microsoft Certified Systems Administration certification / knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Operating IT services provided from centrally hosted either in the cloud or strategic Data Centers.
Ensure that IT Services managed by the Central IT Operations team are delivered effectively to business customers. This includes the execution of SOPs, management of IT Incidents, IT Changes and IT Problems in ITSM based system on the related processes, procedures and work instructions.
Operate and install on Enterprise-level Infrastructure for providing Microsoft services, such as AD, for global initiatives following those through to implementation via collaboration with project and support teams.
Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible.
ITIL approach to resolve technical problems. Troubleshoot occurring issues, investigating root causes and supporting resolution of the issues found.
Serves as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and / or complex production, application or system problems.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all involved infrastructure elements server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.
Ensure that the performance, scalability, and security is maintained and optimized.
Deliver quality documentation allowing for smooth day-to-day operations.
Improve existing processes through sustainable solutions to recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions or documentation by automation.
