We’re seeking a Manager Agent Information Systems and Agent , based in our Santa Ana, CostaRica office. In this role, you will be in charge of oversee current state and evolution of Agent information systems, including but not limited to ACM, WUAMS, GAMES, DV.
org. Also, you will be responsible of building artifacts to identify and document current business purpose of each one of the information systems, and describe dependencies, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
In addition, you will be also responsible to govern the ongoing utilization of such platforms, ensuring current and new use cases are implemented strictly aligned to the bigger, longer strategy for Agent information systems, including the alignment with One Platform.
