The Opportunity

The Commerce team is responsible for driving Adobe’s worldwide commerce strategy & roadmap. The B2B product team’s mission is to enable world-class user experiences for B2B customers, make transacting and managing subscriptions with Adobe seamless.

We’re looking for a seasoned and passionate Product Manager to join the team.

As a Product Manager, you will work on delivering requirements for B2B commerce projects working cross-functionally across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with a wide range of teams including other product mangers across Adobe product teams as well as partners in design, engineering, program management, business, finance and legal to name a few.

You are expected to define and build secure, end-to-end solutions. Possess a data driven and customer-centric approach to balance long term strategies versus short term tactical optimization opportunities.

We are looking for an individual experienced in subscription commerce with an excellent track record of influencing and driving execution of complicated technical product requirements through multi-matrixed organizations.

What you'll Do

  • Articulate projected impact for each initiative to be prioritized on the roadmap
  • Align key team members on vision, roadmap and prioritization of platform capabilities
  • Write clear and concise product requirements that capture the vision and goals of new features to be used by engineering & design teams.
  • Work to clear ambiguity, think holistically with an eco-system view and anticipating future needs for a long-term platform that needs to scale
  • Work across many teams at Adobe to communicate requirements, aspiring for the best customer experiences and willing to make trade-offs when needed
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX designers to create innovative and streamlined customer experiences
  • Evangelize and test new business ideas with team members; drive implementation to completion with key success metrics and business impacts
  • Generate effective platform strategies to dramatically decrease time-to-market and increase value to Adobe and our customers based on insights and data
  • What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience with subscriptions commerce software that serves SMB and Large Enterprise customer segments encompassing pricing, quoting, payment methods, invoicing, metering and billing capabilities
  • Understands all the user personas & customer journeys involved in B2B Commerce and their unique needs
  • Strong customer empathy, product ownership, bias for action and sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to influence all stakeholders
  • BS or MS in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent program from an accredited University / College is required; MBA is a plus
  • Based at the Adobe headquarters in San Jose, CA.
