As a member of the Employee Insights & Technology team, you will be responsible for supporting the business and key HR partners with metrics and insights to inform data driven people decisions.
Additionally, you’ll partner with various project teams to design new metrics and ensuring our processes result in high quality data.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with HRBP’s to understand key business priorities and curate actionable people metrics and insights
Analyze and interpret large and complex people data sets to distill insights; connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations
Partner with other functional stake holders, including Finance, to provide a cohesive analysis of the workforce.
Design & develop self-service dashboards and scalable analytics solutions for Business Leaders and HR.
Work on project teams to design actionable metrics & analytics from a variety of different sources.
Socializing and ensuring consistency around data quality through education and process improvements.
Support ad hoc requests for analysis for HRBP’s and other executive sponsors.
What you need to succeed
Experience transforming and analyzing people data from multiple sources to drive business insights
Proven ability to deliver executive presentations that tell a compelling story using analytics relevant to the audience.
Experience with analytics and visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau
Build advanced predictive models and statistical analyses using statistical software
Excellent communication skills and experience successfully partnering with non analysts to drive improved outcomes for the business through analytics.
Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and highly confidential data
Bachelors or Masters degree preferred in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Economics or relevant work experience
