Global Cash Application Owner
Finance Operations team is the seeking self-driven Operations Manager with a strong owner’s mindset, relentless customer advocacy, and frontline obsession to be the global leader for the cash application processes
The Cash Application Operations Manager must be strategic and detail oriented, have strong accounting and finance skills, robust interpersonal and influencing skills, strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to gather business and technical requirements across global teams to drive systems and change management processes.
This person will need to roll up his / her sleeves, work independently, and have an extremely high level of ownership and ability to dive deep.

Responsibilities include :
Manage the performance of the Global Cash Application function.
Manage Bank relationships for cash receipts and lockbox activity.
Drive compliance to global process standards.
Partner with key stakeholders including technology, business partners, launch and operations teams to support new launches and expansions
Work with the launch teams to ensure completion of operations requirements.
Own the sign off on operational process decisions including account openings, sub-ledger mapping, reporting integration and automation.
Partner with Treasury to drive new enterprise initiatives like banking changes, new integration etc.
Gather and provide requirements for any banking and system changes.
Anticipate, measure and mitigate risk of any changes to operations.
Represent cash application in issues resolution by performing root cause analysis and presenting plan to prevent future issues.
Partner with security teams to build a robust control framework to prevent issues.
Own the relationship with the payment processing vendors.
Sign-off on operations readiness.
Ensure right reporting, metrics and operational ownership is established.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive controllership across global processes.
