The Fin Solutions Sr. Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function.

Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.

Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach / taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information.

Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.

Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal / formal leadership role within teams.

Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and / or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.

Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with UAT Manager in define and control User Acceptance testing (UAT) related to FFS operating Ledger implementation.
  • Constant supervision of team assigned in order to accomplish UAT plan defined.
  • Constant communication with FFS partners in order to accomplish UAT activities plan. Define proper escalation as required.
  • Provide support in the implementation of finance solutions for Operating Ledger, including the adoption of standard accounting of the different Product Processors.
  • Collaborate with UAT Manager in the analysis of complex finance processes to suggest and implement reengineering solutions.
  • Use effective communication to collaborate with other departments / teams in order to implement reporting regulatory solutions, as well as drive change control process.
  • Manages one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and considered analytical or procedural "expert" representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.
  • Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
  • Qualifications :

  • 5 + years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred
  • Excellent relational and communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills or Database tools
  • Project management Knowledge
  • Have experience with process / system implementation with significant impact at country level.
  • Ability to solve problems and articulate potential solutions.
  • Deliver deadlines and comply with corporate calendar.
  • Education :

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Industrial Engineer
  • Fluent in English ( Verbal / Written)
