Sr Recruiter

  • Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization by evaluating job candidates;
  • advising managers. This position provides the talent that makes this company successful.

    Job Responsibilities :

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
  • Meets with hiring managers to calibrate job requirements, responsibilities and other details from the current job opening.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites;
  • providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

  • Works with talent acquisition manager to establish and execute strategy for assigned job openings.
  • Attracts candidates by placing advertisements in job boards, media and other venues.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Arranges talent acquisition and management interviews by coordinating schedules; escorting applicant to interviews.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Evaluates applicants by applying competency-based interviews, roleplays, scenarios and any role specific evaluation required.
  • Processes candidates by applying different assessments according to the profile and documenting all steps in Workday until generating a job offer and hiring.
  • Ensures all required documentation is complete to create the candidate’s file and delivers it to HRIS prior to onboarding.
  • Provides visibility to hiring manager on the opening’s status on a regular basis.
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices;
  • emphasizing benefits and perks.

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks;
  • participating in professional organizations.

  • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Regular follow up with the hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with emphasis in HR or related field from a recognized college or university (4 year preferred).
  • 2 years of Recruitment experience
  • 90% of English Level
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Skills in database management and record keeping.
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
  • Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Gather and analyze information skillfully.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
