The Credit organization is responsible for managing thousands of customer accounts and receivables in excess of $10 Billion.

The Credit department’s primary function is to support the end to end process of sales revenue, while keeping Adobe’s investment in receivables credit exposure at a competitive level.

The success of the Credit team directly impacts the company’s financial profitability.

A Sr. Credit Business System Analyst works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

They will network with cross-functional teams to enhance and improve business processes and systems across the organization.

A Sr Credit Business System Analyst will exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

They look for new approaches and volunteer to take on challenges. They take ownership of their work and seek clarity to ensure they can achieve results, especially under ambiguous circumstances.

They are always looking for opportunities and make recommendations to simplify processes.

What you'll Do

  • Work with cross-functional teams, such as, AR, Buying Programs, Order Management and Contract Management Group. As well as work on individual tasks.
  • Understand the organizational structure and provide expert direction for operational change and / or improvement.
  • Document processes and technical detail of automated systems. May provide user training to system users.
  • SAP Superuser expert level SAP GUI functional knowledge, including FSCM CM, SD and FI; S4 HANA is a plus.
  • Log and drive user stories and track bugs within Jira. Document project scope and requirements.
  • Highly involved in UAT, will create test scripts, identify test data, and document results.
  • Create and maintain reports in Power BI, Tableau, and / or Alteryx.
  • What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with systems listed above.
  • A strong SAP super user has an indepth knowledge of SAP tables and functionality of FSCM CM and can view data with an analytical mindset and problem resolution focus.
  • Functional knowledge Intaact, Netsuite, Highradius and CRM’s SFDC and / or Dynamics.
  • A general knowledge of the credit and collection processes.
  • Ability to define business requirement, govern scope, manage and document UAT for project and / or initiative.
  • An ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, prioritize, and work to a very high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capable of self-management and learning. A focus on growth and development and willingness to learn additional systems.
