Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
As Junior Automation Developer, you are going to be an entry-level member of a cross-functional automation squad that delivers process automation across our company’s global operations.
Using the team’s toolkit of RPA, OCR, and assisted automation software, you will gradually build up your skills and deliver solutions of increasing complexity under the close guidance of your more experienced teammates.
With growing, demonstrated knowledge and confidence, you will also be expected to perform maintenance on existing automation whenever mandated by technical or business changes.
For this role, you will need to be a recent graduate of a relevant field like Computer Science or Information Systems or prove equivalent relevant experience.
You possess excellent analytical and communication skills and are eager to tackle and solve technical challenges. You are a true team player who understands professional growth and development as a crucial contribution to your team’s goals.
For this position we will require you to strong English both written and spoken ( 81% - B2) as well we will require Highschool diploma.
Ideally, you will possess hands-on experience with tools like Macros, desktop automation or test automation as well as a basic understanding of Agile software delivery methodologies (i.e. Scrum).
